Finnroad is now a part of Destia Group. Destia Ltd that was a former joint owner has now acquired 100% ownership of Finnroad. Destia Group consists of the parent company Destia Ltd and its subsidiaries. Finnroad together with Destia naturally honors all commitments and carries out all projects in accordance with contracts and agreements. All guarantees and insurances remain valid in the name of Finnroad as before the acquisition. Thus no changes are required to ongoing contracts. Finnroad’s Directors and Contact persons will also remain unchanged. Finnroad's head office in Helsinki has just moved to Destia premises.
